ICE 1160 is a specially formulated two component, 100% Solids Epoxy Concrete Primer. ICE 1160 is a low viscosity, self leveling resin that can be applied at a dry film thickness of 5-10 mils in one (1) coat. It is designed as a concrete primer for use under epoxy mortar toppings, slurries, lining systems, and thin film epoxies and polyurethanes. The ICE 1160 being a 100% Solids Epoxy, is ideal for use in confined areas where solvent odor is objectionable. It meets all EPA and other air pollution regulations.
