Our system, with 2 coats of epoxy, and a topcoat of Industrial Urethane is simply the finest hangar and industrial floor available. It has been proven in the last two decades to combine extreme chemical, and wear resistance, with an unparalleled rich, full appearance.

The process for applying the system is:

  1. Prep the floor
    See “6 steps to epoxy flooring success”
  2. First coat:
    ICE 1160 clear, at 180 square feet per gallon. The clear is lower in viscosity and provides a deep penetrating coat.
  3. Second coat:
    ICE 1160 colored, at 160 square feet per gallon. If the desired color is white, use ICE 950 instead of ICE 1160 in this step.
  4. Final coat:
    ICU 300 colored, at 300 square feet per gallon. Note the recoat windows and temperature/conditions, but generally figure 1 day per coat.
